1. Exchange Period
You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for an exchange:
โ The item must be unused and unwashed.
โ All original tags must be attached.
โ The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
โ Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) may be required.
2. Wrong, Defective, or Damaged Items
If you receive:

A wrong product

A defective item

A damaged item
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the product.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
3. Size Exchange
If you need a different size, you may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Conditions:

The product must be unused and unwashed.

Original tags must remain attached.

Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.
If the size issue is due to our mistake, the exchange will be completely free.
If the size issue is due to customer preference, shipping charges may apply.
4. Items Not Eligible for Exchange or Return
Exchange or return requests will not be accepted if:

The item has been worn or washed.

Original tags have been removed.

The item has been damaged after delivery.

The request is made after 7 days of delivery.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are only issued in the following situations:

A defective product was delivered.

The wrong product was delivered.

A replacement item is unavailable.
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5โ7 business days through Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash.
6. Shipping Charges

If the mistake is from our side, Solrize will cover all shipping costs.

For customer-requested size exchanges, shipping charges may apply.
