2. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver across Pakistan, including major cities and towns such as Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, and surrounding areas.


3. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive shipping updates from our courier partner.


4. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Major Cities: 3โ€“5 Working Days

  • Remote Areas: 5โ€“7 Working Days

Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier-related delays.


5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan for your convenience.

Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.


6. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping Charges: PKR 250 per order.

  • Free Shipping over Rs: 3,999


7. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive tracking information via SMS, email, or WhatsApp, depending on the courier service.

You may also contact our support team for shipment updates.


8. Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us with your order number.

Our team will coordinate with the courier partner and assist you as quickly as possible.


9. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the product.

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.


10. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, customers may request an exchange or refund according to our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.
